Job description:

Working closely with management, you will play a key role in developing and implementing the product marketing strategy for our innovative solutions. You will be responsible for coordinating the R&D, sales and marketing teams to ensure that our products meet market and customer requirements. Your position will give you a global and strategic view of product development activities, while overseeing the testing and continuous improvement phases.

Main missions and tasks:

Product Marketing Strategy

• Develop the product marketing strategy in collaboration with the R&D and Marketing teams as well as the sales or technical teams of the subsidiaries.

• Contribute to the definition of product roadmaps taking into account technical innovations and customer requirements.

Product Development

• Actively participate in product development as an interface between R&D teams, sales teams and end users to translate customer requirements into technical specifications that are understandable to all.

• Supervise the testing and continuous improvement phases of products before their launch.

• Ensure the coordination and follow-up of development projects with the different departments (Project, construction, anchoring, O&M, etc.).

Product launch and positioning

• Define and implement new product launch plans (key messages, sales pitches, marketing materials) in conjunction with the Marketing department.

• Develop sales support tools (brochures, technical sheets, presentations) in conjunction with the communication team.

• Train sales teams on the characteristics of new products and differentiating arguments.

Market analysis and competitive intelligence

• Anticipate, identify and prioritize the needs for new floating solar power plant solutions in connection with the various departments.

• Carry out a technological and competitive watch of existing solutions to ensure that products are adapted to market developments, and thus propose opportunities for improvement or innovation.

• Coordinate the monitoring of market shares with business units, retrieve information from competitors and interact with external actors (consultants, research institutes) in the sector in order to consolidate results.

Subsidiaries Support

• Receive and analyze technical support requests from subsidiaries, ensuring that all necessary information is provided.

• Handle specific (and technical) requests and follow up on them in conjunction with the R&D department.

• Maintain relationships with subsidiaries with bi-monthly reviews and technical-sales support.

Job requirements

Qualifications and experience:

Engineering degree or Master's degree in product marketing.

Experience in product marketing, ideally in an industrial or technological sector is appreciated.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, or technical sales function, ideally in an innovative environment.

Experience in the field of renewable energies or technical solutions would be a plus.
